A Seamless Solution, Expertly Delivered

This was one of the most challenging builds we have ever taken on, and one of the most rewarding. The homeowner wanted a functional patio cover without losing their ocean view, while ensuring the structure could withstand the demands of a beachfront location. Using high-strength extruded aluminum beams, we created a completely post-free system, eliminating the need for steel that could rust in the salt air. The only steel in the entire build is the stainless steel in the louver system’s motors. We carefully engineered custom brackets and a protective gasket system where aluminum connects to the home’s steel beams to ensure long-term durability. The result is a one-of-a-kind Equinox louvered roof that provides adjustable shade, exceptional strength, and timeless style, built to last a lifetime.
