The purchase and installation experience was Very Good. I would say the experience was Great, if they had contacted me a couple of times to just let know they were still awaiting the product. Due to Covid, there was a long wait for the material to be made for my project and they had warned me it could take a couple of months. However when it ran past the third month with no contact, I was beginning to worry that they had forgotten me. Other than that one small thing which is why I still scored with 5 stars, I feel the product expertise of the salesman, the quality of the product and the price were far superior to the other companies that quoted the project. Also my project needed some special attention to my peculiar situation and the installers were particularly helpful in making it happen to my satisfaction!
