Troy, owner of the company was GREAT!! He pulled up to my house in his new Lexus n I was a bit hesitant n thought maybe I couldn't afford his product. I was wrong - He was honest, quick, professional, straight to the point w no BS. The company called me the day before installation to confirm the time, everyone was very polite n professional. *Materials came late but the crew was keeping me informed the entire time. My wife and I are very HAPPY with the new patio cover, I would give the company/Troy a 6 stars if I could. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who's looking for a patio cover!! The purchase and installation experience was Very Good. I would say the experience was Great, if they had contacted me a couple of times to just let know they were still awaiting the product. Due to Covid, there was a long wait for the material to be made for my project and they had warned me it could take a couple of months. However when it ran past the third month with no contact, I was beginning to worry that they had forgotten me. Other than that one small thing which is why I still scored with 5 stars, I feel the product expertise of the salesman, the quality of the product and the price were far superior to the other companies that quoted the project. Also my project needed some special attention to my peculiar situation and the installers were particularly helpful in making it happen to my satisfaction!

This was a fantastic experience from start to finish! My husband is a commercial contractor, so he is very picky when it comes to any work done at our home, and Factory Direct Patio Covers delivered in every way. Troy is trustworthy, knowledgeable and his prices are the best around. He is also really good with design recommendations. We had something in mind, and Troy suggested an alternative without being pushy. We are so glad we went with his suggestion. Troy Eckstein walks on water in my experience working with him!!! The man is amazing, kind, so knowledgeable, and fair with his pricing. It was real luck to be referred to him. Troy himself came out and gave me an estimate that was affordable and very fair for a repair job I desperately needed. Branches from a massive city tree fell on my existing 18 month old patio cover, causing the patio cover rafters to bend, break and look horrible from a strong wind.

Had an Alumawood patio installed. George Morgan, my initial sales, engineer for the project was wonderful He was professional and was excellent in structurally designing our project. Our installers Jason and Jackie ( brother and sister team ) and their crew were fantastic! They also, were very professional and installed my 40 x 11 foot patio in 2 days, as promised. They were responsive to all my questions and concerns and really aimed to please. They were delightful and it made my whole construction project a positive experience with a beautiful outcome!

Service is professional; the quality of the material is superb with competitive pricing! And WOW...the contractors perform well and quickly! I am so pleased with my experience with this company. I wanted a contemporary wood-looking structure that would require little maintenance. Stewart came out, educated me, and sold me on his product. Evidently he's been in this biz for over 30 years and had a very relaxed demeanor. No hard sell like the company I had out prior to him. He knew his stuff! He assured me that the new structure would be a major improvement over the vinyl cover that it was replacing. I always hated that plastic look although it was also low maintenance.

Contracted with this company to install a solid patio cover to replace an old wood one. Jaclyn was great to work with and very responsive. I sent her an email regarding the project and my concern and she responded that evening after hours which was fantastic. Jason and the crew were on site and had the patio installed within the time frame he said which was 4 hours. Over all a great experience and we are very happy with the results.
